WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not have a return policy.
We do offer an exchange with in 5 working days
if the colour match is not quite right.
The extensions must be returned in the original packaging, unused and not tampered with.
An additional shipping cost will be charged for the new order.
HOW DO YOU SHIP MY PRODUCTS?
We always use trusted couriers and postal services such as Royal Mail, DPD and FedEx.

Flat fee European shipping* EUR 16.95
All other countries please contact us for shipping cost

You can use all major credit and debit cards such as Visa and MastCard. At the moment we are not excepting American Express but we are working on that.

There is nothing worse than mis-matched hair extensions. Make sure that you don't waste time and money ordering the wrong extensions.
Hair Extensions One can offer a personal colour match service.
Just send us a clear, current picture of your hair in natural daylight, without a flash or filter and our specialists will advise you on the colour that will suit you best.
Please allow 24 hours for a response.
If you are not completely satisfied with the color match you can return it to us for a
exchange of colour.
